Read Galatians 5:25

If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. Galatians 5:25

"IF" we live by the Spirit ... Sometimes we don't live as though we are being guided by the Holy Spirit. But John 4:24 teaches that God is a spirit, and we must worship Him in spirit and truth. The life of a Christ-disciple seems to be everything about learning to surrender and be led by the Holy Spirit.

Have you experienced those times when you were walking in the middle of something, you knew it was God ordained, and your mind was truly focused on God’s will at that moment? There was no greater care, no worry, nothing more important than what was happening right then, and God was letting you be a part of it. Do you realize that God has made it possible to live like that all the time! If you’re like me, those moments aren't consistent. They come and go.

But, that doesn't have to be. God is spirit, and He made us in His image. We can walk in the Spirit with God, just like Adam walked with God in the Garden of Eden. I want to walk with my Father like that. When we are living this way, then we are in His will all the time and expectantly looking for what He wants to accomplish in all things. What a wonderful place to be - it's possible through faith in our relationship with Jesus Christ and the indwelling Holy Spirit.
