Most things work together for the good of those who love God?

ALL things work together for the good of those who love God!

In our world we love to categorize people, to break them down into certain groups in our minds. I think it helps us know how to think about their actions and what motivates them.

What about the three statements mentioned above? How would you categorize people in our church group, or people that you know, or your family, or maybe even the person in the mirror? In which group would you put them?

There is a large leap of faith between the second and third point mentioned above. When I admit that ALL things work together, I am forced to have complete faith that God is in complete control, meaning that I am not in control at all.

Romans 8:28 does not tell us that SOME things work together, it says that ALL things work together. If we love God, we’ll allow Him to move ALL things to work together for our good.
