Read John 16:25-27, I John 3:1

One recent brisk morning, I jokingly asked the lead maintenance man for the building I work in if he could do something about the cool air outside. He immediately - and joyfully - responded, "My Father said this is the perfect temperature young lady; He intends to refresh our souls!"

He was absolutely right. Our Father had ordained the details of the day. He knows our every need better than and before we do. And He meets our every need perfectly ... because He loves us!

And because our Father loves us, we can approach Him directly - in Jesus' name - about our needs, cares, worries, challenges, sins, shortcomings, as well as our successes.

God is our good, good Father!
