Our HS Student Life Camp will be a life changing experience and we are so glad that your student is participating!  Below is some very important information that you need to know:

·         Parent Meeting (at least one parent should be in attendance)

o   Tuesday, June 9

o   6:30 PM

o   The Commons

·         All forms and payments are due on or before the Parent Meeting

o   GBC Medical Waiver with a notarized signature

o   Student Life Medical Waiver with a notarized signature

§  A notary will be available at the Parent Meeting

§  Forms are attached to this email

o   A copy of your medical insurance card

·         Final payment

o   All payments are due on or before the Parent Meeting on June 9

o   Pay by cash or check before or at the parent meeting or in the Student Ministry Office.
