Read Ephesians 6:18-20

What did Paul pray for?  Was it about health issues and the election? And what about the economy?

Matthew 12:34 reads, “Out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.”

Paul asks for prayer in the Letter to the Ephesians.

Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit… and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
   - Ephesians 6:18-20 (NKJV)

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests... Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
    - Ephesians 6:18-20 (NIV)

Pray

Dear Lord,

Give me a burden for lost souls, souls that are one heartbeat away from an eternity separated from a righteous God.  Give me a burden that overcomes my fear and compels me to boldly share the life, death and resurrection of Jesus.  Help me to bear fruit (John 15:8) by boldly sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ which has the power to save.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen
